Thank you for shopping at VOXELLE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons: Returns and exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery
- Incorrect product shipped (wrong item or missing item)
- Size or fit issues (exchanges only, see below)

Ineligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Custom-altered products
- Mandatory 360° Video: Customers are strongly advised to create a 360-degree video while opening the package received from the delivery person. This video is crucial for addressing any incorrect, missing items, or other issues. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Reverse Pickup: We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup from your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. In such cases, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed once per order for size or design changes only.
- If exchange is approved, the exchange order will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
- A handling charge of ₹200 per order will apply for exchanges. This fee must be paid by the customer.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and it passes the quality check.
- If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Paytm, Google Pay). For COD orders, please provide your bank account details on the return form for a bank transfer.
- The refund amount will not include the original shipping charges (if applicable).
Reverse Pickup and Processing Time:
- Reverse pickup may take between 3-20 days after pickup to reach our warehouse.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned parcel and it passes the quality check (maximum 10 days after pickup).
Non-Acceptance of COD Orders:
Customers who do not accept COD orders after shipment may be restricted from placing COD orders on our website in the future. Exceptions may be made for genuine reasons.
Delivery Time:
We typically ship orders within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on the distance and your location (we are based in Mumbai, India). Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days
