All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services .
- Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, shipping takes 3-9 working days .
- Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased through the Website . To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange .

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voxelle with respect to the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Voxelle’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
