Thank you for shopping at VOXELLE! We strive to provide you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping your orders.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to “all serviceable pin codes within India,” or list specific states/regions in India.
  •  We will start international shipping destination in the future.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • We use the shipping carriers you use. courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.” to deliver your orders.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or courier issues.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on “the weight of your order, your shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method”.
  • You can view the shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS/Your Account Page or external link.
  • You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues:

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund. If reshipment is approved, the order will be delivered within 3-7 business days. If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged package or your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@voxelle.in. We will work with the courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund. If replacement is approved, the order will be delivered within 3-7 business days. If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address needs to be changed after an order is placed, contact us immediately. Changes might not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
